After years of hearing people tell him that he missed his calling due to his mellifluous voice, Jorge R. Hernandez did something about it in 1990. Jorge began his Voice-over training in earnest then and wishing to explore a career in that field, landed a Hollywood agent to represent him.
Show business is never easy yet Jorge was able to book a couple of radio commercials right away due to his voice. But, in order to remain accessible for weekly auditions, holding a regular job was next to impossible. That is, until Jorge answered an ad from a DJ company in Orange County that was seeking people, who loved music, to train as Disc Jockeys.
There, Jorge became a top DJ in a short period of time and many clients steadily complimented his services. Using his previous management experience and organizational skills, he made numerous suggestions trying to improve that company's services but getting nowhere, Jorge left and started Your Fiesta & Co. in 1992.
